You will lead both outbound sales initiatives and inbound marketing campaigns while building scalable frameworks for customer success and revenue growth.

Marketing & Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy for a dedicated customer segment, aligning sales and marketing efforts to maximize lead generation and revenue growth.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Drive multi-channel lead generation through digital campaigns, outbound prospecting, and content marketing.
Client Acquisition: Own the sales process end-to-end, from outreach to closing high-value B2B deals.
Customer Success & Retention: Develop post-sales strategies for onboarding, account management, and maximizing client lifetime value through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand business opportunities.
Team Building: Recruit, manage, and mentor a cross-functional commercial team spanning marketing, sales, and customer success.
Collaboration: Work closely with Product and Development teams to ensure marketing messaging aligns with product offerings and customer needs.

10+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or revenue leadership roles, preferably in SaaS, dating or platform-based businesses.

Proven success driving multi-channel marketing campaigns and closing high-value B2B deals.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to marketing and sales operations.
Experience leading and scaling marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
Exceptional communication skills, including experience presenting to C-level executives.
Ability to balance hands-on execution with high-level strategy development.
