You’ll play a pivotal role in optimizing high-volume RTB campaigns, working across multiple networks (ExoClick, TrafficJunky, TrafficFactory, and more) while collaborating closely with our leadership team to refine strategies and maximize conversions.

We are hiring a Senior Programmatic Media Buyer to develop and execute highly optimized performance campaigns, leveraging data-driven decision-making to maximize traffic profitability. You will work closely with the Head of Consumer Platforms to establish strategic buying frameworks while actively scaling campaigns, testing new traffic sources, and optimizing media spend.

This is a highly dynamic role, requiring a strong mix of technical expertise, analytical mindset, and relationship management skills to drive profitable user acquisition in a competitive and fast-moving environment.

  • Strategize & Execute: Develop and launch high-volume RTB campaigns across networks like ExoClick, TrafficJunky, TrafficFactory, and others.

  • Optimize Performance: Manage CPC, CPM, and Flat Rate models, ensuring high ROAS and conversion efficiency.

  • Data-Driven Scaling: Implement A/B testing, analyze performance trends, and leverage tracking solutions (Voluum, RedTrack) to maximize ROI.

  • Traffic Growth: Identify and onboard new sources of traffic, securing exclusive placements and expanding media reach.

  • Partner & Network Relations: Build strong relationships with account managers, ad networks, and strategic traffic sources to optimize performance.

  • Industry Trends & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of ad tech innovations, market trends, and competitor strategies.

  • 3+ years of experience in programmatic media buying, performance marketing, or online advertising (preferably in Dating, Adult, or High-Volume Performance Marketing).

  • Strong expertise in CPC, CPM, and CPA business models.

  • Deep understanding of tracking solutions (Voluum, RedTrack, NATS) and S2S pixel implementation.

  • Experience in scaling and optimizing large ad budgets ($50K+/mo).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an obsession for performance-driven marketing.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a self-driven, entrepreneurial attitude.
